Welcome to Project Zen, a 634 (early 2011 RuneScape) economy server with a custom client and a large amount of ported OSRS content: bosses, raids, items, pets and drop tables.
Project Zen is still a work in progress, and many updates are coming in the near future. Watch the Announcements for patch notes.
How to play
- Download the client folder.
- Unzip it.
- Run Project Zen.exe.
Java is bundled, so there's nothing else to install, and there's no separate launcher. The client is Windows only for now.
How the economy works
There's no spawning. Every piece of gear is earned from:
- monsters and bosses
- raids: Theatre of Blood and Chambers of Xeric
- Slayer and Boss Slayer
- clue scrolls
- skilling
- shops
Accounts will never be wiped.
Drop rates
No drop in the game is rarer than 1/2,000. Ordinary rares are capped at 1/200. Progression gear sits between 1/1,000 and 1/2,000, depending on how close it is to best-in-slot.
Every monster's drop table is on this wiki, with the same chances you see in game. In game, right-click any monster and pick Check-Drops.
